Asiana Airlines said Tuesday it will also offer non-landing international sightseeing flights at Kimpo International Airport from June, Radio Korea International reported.
The Ministry of Land, Land and Transportation of the Republic of Korea has also allowed the launch of "non-landing sightseeing flight products" at Kimpo, Gimhae and Daegu airports since this month. Thus, Asiana Airlines will operate "non-landing international sightseeing flight products" for two times at Incheon Airport and one time at Kimpo Airport respectively from June.
The A380, which will take off at 12:10 am on June 19 and 26, will fly over Busan, Fukuoka and Jeju in Japan and re-arrive at Incheon at 2:30 PM on the same day. Flight A321neo will take off from Kimpo Airport at 12:10 am on the 26th. It will arrive at Kimpo Airport at 2:30 PM after flying over Busan, Fukuoka and Jeju in Japan.
Asiana Airlines has cooperated with national and regional tourism bureauto launch sightseeing flight products using the international tourism concept. In April and May this year, it will launch tourism concept products for Spain and Australia respectively. In June, it will launch tourism concept products for Taiwan in cooperation with Taiwan tourism department and Tiger Hall.
The "Non Land-in Sightseeing Flight" is an international flight. Passengers are required to bring their passports and can shop at the duty-free shops of Asiana Airline, Kimpo International Airport and Incheon International Airport as well as city duty-free shops.
