在海关注册登记的进出口货物收发货人、报关企业、报关企业分支机构、特殊监管区域双重身份企业、加工生产企业，应当于每年6月30日前（含当日）向海关报送企业《年度报告》。当年在海关注册登记的上述企业无需报送《年度报告》。
